Let’s go back to the basics today. I want to talk to you about the importance of having a personal, effective, and a solid morning routine.


That is what makes us better than the best… bester, bestest.. besties??  You know what I mean.

5 Steps to be a complete Bad Ass

5 Steps to a Kick Ass Morning Routine..tine..tine..tine!!


A. Wake Up. Duh uh..


B.   Put on relaxing music which makes you feel like you're walking through a field of spring dales and making flower crowns early morning.



C. Choose one. Meditate or exercise. Or both if time permits President Bush.


D. Write. Your to - do list for the day. Scribble that shit down. And when you're done at the end, give your self a candy.



E. Read. Leaders are readers. Cheesy I know. Fuck Facebook, fuck email, everything can wait. Slow down and take in the day. Read something that adds to you as a man or woman, your choice. It’s a free world dammit.


Realise and decide all you need to do is do justice to this one day. Give it your all, coz this day is never coming back ever in your life ever. Forget the past and the future.

Its now or never.
